• AuthenticateNCIDOnly
  Authenticates a NCID and password only. Checks local first and then if that is not successful check NCID Web service. If valid authentication takes place, copies information locally.
• AuthenticateNCIDReturnStatus
  Authenticates a NCID and password only. Checks local first and then if that is not successful check NCID Web service. If valid authentication takes place, copies information locally. Returns status: Success = 0 InvalidUsername = 101 AccountDisabled = 102 InvalidPassword = 103 PasswordExpired = 111 LockedOut = 113 WSException = -1
• GetUserProperties
  Gets NCID Properties for given userid.
• ValidateNCDAUser
  Authenticates a NCID and password and checks to see if they are in NCDA&CS NCID group
